Many Paintball Players use camouflage paintball masks to conceal themselves behind trees, plants, or anything in the gaming field. But what if the user doesn’t have a camouflage paintball mask? Don’t worry, I have a solution for how to camouflage a paintball mask at home.
Camouflage Paintball masks have disguise or blend presence. But according to our experience, you can easily make camouflage texture on your simple paintball mask at home. Let me tell you how to camouflage a paintball mask step by step.
Cheap Method To Camouflage Your Paintball Mask
Here is a cheap and easy method to camouflage your paintball mask at home.
Items You’ll Need
- Computer/Laptop
- Printer
- Paper to print
- Knife
- Cutting Board
- Base Spray Paint(ultra flat)
- Color Spray Paint
Find A Satisfied Stencil Design, Print, And Cut It
Find a good stencil design from the internet that efficiently makes a texture on your paintball mask. Now, print the desired pattern on simple paper with the printer.
Furthermore, Cut small chunks of designs from the printed stencils individually. I know cutting small complex designs is a bit difficult, but it saves money to buy a new camouflage paintball mask.
Disassemble All Parts Of The Paintball Mask
Always look after your paintball mask to keep it in good condition even after a year. Besides, Separate all parts of the paintball mask carefully one by one. Because it is important to separate the outer frame of the paintball mask so you can paint the camouflage design efficiently. However, the main focus is to protect the goggle lens of the paintball mask from paint spray or any scratch.
On the other hand, if you don’t know how to disassemble parts of the paintball mask or how to remove the paintball mask lens, use an instruction guide. Or get help from the internet to avoid breaking any part of the paintball mask. Moreover, Cover your goggle lens with scotch tape or something like that to avoid the spray.
Spray A Base Layer On Paintball Mask
After separating the parts of the paintball mask, spray a fine and ultra-thin base layer of paint spray on the frame. It will help to stabilize and enhance the camouflage design on your paintball mask with a fine layer of base paint.
The color of the base spray will be any color you want. But it should be lighter than your final coat spray because light and dark, two colors make a disguise effect easily.
Put Stencils On Paintball Mask And Spray The Final Coat
When the spray is dry, paste cut pieces of stencil designs randomly to give a blended texture look. But make sure that your stencil putting pattern is never the same because it is not worthy and becomes a failure.
Now, spray the final color paint on it carefully and efficiently and let it dry completely. When the frame is dry, remove all stencil pieces from it. After that, you can see the random camouflage design on it. If there is some paint on your clothes, don’t worry, you can easily wash out the paint from your clothes.
Re-Assemble
In the end, Reassemble all separated parts of the paintball mask and make it one piece. Your camouflage paintball mask is ready to use. Go, join the paintball team, and use this paintball mask to win paintball games.
